Blair Creative Group, Inc. (BCG) is an award-winning, woman-owned graphic design studio in Orlando, Florida, specializing in publication design and branding. With over 25 years of experience, we collaborate with business owners, publishers, and in-house marketing teams, serving as their dedicated creative department or an extension of their existing team. Our innovative design solutions help businesses grow, and our extensive network of talent enables us to offer writing and editorial services, photography, videography, printing, and mailing—allowing us to seamlessly support and collaborate with clients across all industries as a trusted creative partner.

After earning a B.A. for Graphic Design/Advertising from Flagler College, Renée began her career as a graphic designer at a Central Florida printing company, where she gained valuable hands-on experience that helped shape her future. She later transitioned into marketing management for a medical supply distributor before discovering her passion for publication design as art director for Markee Magazine, a national trade publication. After six years, she became associate art director at Orlando Magazine. When the 2008 recession left her unemployed, Renée seized the opportunity to start her own business—Renee Blair Graphic Design — which evolved into Blair Creative Group (BCG) in 2014, expanding her services and wide network of partnerships.

Now celebrating 16 years as a business owner, Renée attributes her success to strong client relationships. “Nothing brings me greater joy than hearing how happy a client is with the work we’ve done for them and the success it’s brought to their business. Helping clients bring their visions to life is what I love doing.”  

She and her husband Pete, now empty nesters, split time between Orlando, FL, and Nashville, TN, with their two cats, Mac & Tosh. Passionate foodies and music lovers, they enjoy exploring new restaurants and live music experiences, often sharing them with family and friends at home and on their travels.

As a writer/editor, Danielle Conley has loved working in the publishing industry for over two decades. As a writer, her niches are lifestyle, arts, culture, and politics. As an editor, she enjoys the idea of nurturing writers to produce something they can be proud of.  Danielle has been an integral part of BCG's team since 2021, providing writing and editing services for such clients as My Sanford Magazine and Nona Magazine, as well as client business profiles for the Orlando and Nashville Business Journals.  

When asked to describe herself, Danielle states, "I have a high-energy level and love to live life to its fullest. Central Florida is home, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Reading is my favorite sport, and my favorite genres are lengthy historical-fiction novels and autobiographies. My other hobbies include horseback riding, hiking in the woods with my dog, spending time with my family, and having cocktails with my girlfriends."

Betsy Hansen is a passion-driven professional photographer based out of Florida. She has built a career working as a freelancer for magazines and advertising agencies since 2004, but her innocent obsession with photography began many years earlier. Her work is shown internationally in magazines, ad campaigns and on billboards for commercial clients such as Walmart, Nickelodeon, Walgreens and Tony Romas, and editorial clients such as Wall Street Journal, AAA, Cigar Aficionado and The Times London. Over the past twenty years she has won numerous awards and has been honored to teach workshops and give lectures for aspiring photographers.
