Blair Creative Group, Inc. (BCG) is an award-winning, woman-owned graphic design studio located in Orlando, Florida with over 20 years experience in publication and advertising design. We partner with business owners, publishers and in-house marketing departments, serving as their personal creative department or an extension of their current team, providing creative solutions that help them grow their business. In addition to design services, our wide network of talent also allows us to offer writing & editorial services, photography, videography, printing and mailing services, which truly makes us a well-rounded, full-service studio capable of handling any size job for a variety of industries.

After graduating with a B.A. degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, Renée began her career in Central Florida as a graphic designer at a small printing company, giving her the knowledge and hands-on experience that became instrumental in her career that followed. That job eventually led to a marketing management opportunity for a large medical supply distributor, until she ultimately found her love of magazines after landing an art director position for Markee Magazine, a national trade publication for the film and video production industry. After six years, Renée moved on to Orlando Magazine to become their associate art director, while also freelancing for several businesses in her spare time. This side hustle paid off four years later when she found herself unemployed as a result of the Great Recession in 2008, propelling her to pursue her dream of business ownership—Renee Blair Graphic Design was born. Continuing to work with several local magazines and business owners in other industries, she worked under this business title until she incorporated in 2014 and changed the name to Blair Creative Group (BCG), defining her growth and network of talent and services as a full-service design studio.

Located in Orlando, Florida, Renée recently celebrated her 14th year as a business owner, with the last seven years as owner/founder of BCG. She credits her long-term success to the trust and close relationships she’s built with her clients. “Nothing brings me greater joy than hearing how happy a client is with the work we’ve done for them and the success it's brought to their business. Helping clients grow their business—their dream—is why I love what I do.”  

Renée lives east of Downtown Orlando, FL in Lake Nona with her fiancé Pete, his teenage son and daughter, and their two cats Mac & Tosh. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, wine-ing & dining, traveling, and being a personal stylist for cabi, a women’s designer clothing line based out of  L.A.

As a writer/editor, Danielle Conley has loved working in the publishing industry for over two decades. As a writer, her niches are lifestyle, arts, culture, and politics. As an editor, she enjoys the idea of nurturing writers to produce something they can be proud of.  Danielle has been an integral part of BCG's team since 2021, providing writing and editing services for such clients as My Sanford Magazine and Nona Magazine, as well as client business profiles for the Orlando and Nashville Business Journals.  

When asked to describe herself, Danielle states, "I have a high-energy level and love to live life to its fullest. Central Florida is home, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Reading is my favorite sport, and my favorite genres are lengthy historical-fiction novels and autobiographies. My other hobbies include horseback riding, hiking in the woods with my dog, spending time with my family, and having cocktails with my girlfriends."

Betsy Hansen is a passion-driven professional photographer based out of Florida. She has built a career working as a freelancer for magazines and advertising agencies since 2004, but her innocent obsession with photography began many years earlier. Her work is shown internationally in magazines, ad campaigns and on billboards for commercial clients such as Walmart, Nickelodeon, Walgreens and Tony Romas, and editorial clients such as Wall Street Journal, AAA, Cigar Aficionado and The Times London. Over the past twenty years she has won numerous awards and has been honored to teach workshops and give lectures for aspiring photographers.
